Welcome to join the 5G Logistics Hackathon – Satellite event! 

The participants of the event get to learn about 5G Technologies, connect with different stakeholders and create new concepts and prototypes to the new technology field. This is a great chance to discover new business, work or research opportunities – sign up now!

There are three different logistic cases: 

Mussalo Harbor (concepts of traffic safety in the harbour area using 5G)
RRT-terminal (concepts for future truck park using 5G automation services)
Helsinki East Aerodrome (how can 5G be utilised in air and ground traffic navigation functions) 

Teams and individuals work in their own university’s O365 environment, Teams or Discord, at the same time as other teams participating to the event. Participants can either work physically in the same location or work online. 

This 5G Logistics Hackathon will be held as simultaneous satellite events in different universities and municipalities around Finland. The event is coordinated by Xamk UAS. The partner universities are Savonia UAS and Centria UAS, and other partners include Nokia Corporations, Elisa Oyj, Business Center North Savo and DigiCenterNS.
